This policy explains how Davis Legacy Consulting, LLC, doing business as Maxed Out Man ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use maxedoutman.com or husbandshewants.com, use our free tools (the 101 Date Night Blueprint, the 101 Conversation Cards, and The Marriage Translator), take our quiz, request our free toolkit or book workbook, book a call, listen to our podcast, receive our emails or text messages, or join The Husband She Wants program.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number (only if you choose to provide it), how you heard about us, your answers to our quiz, and anything you share when you book a call or contact us.
Information collected automatically: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source), your browser type, and basic usage data, collected through standard cookies and similar technologies.
Program information: if you enroll in the program, the information needed to deliver it, such as scheduling details and the progress measures you share with us.

How we use it

To send the toolkit, quiz results, and other material you request.
To schedule and hold calls with Kevin Davis and to answer your questions.
To send emails, and text messages if you opt in, about The Husband She Wants, including call reminders and follow-up.
To deliver the program if you enroll.
To understand which content and channels bring people to us, and to improve what we offer.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure visits, quiz starts, and sign-ups so we can see which ads and content work. These tools may use cookies. Your individual quiz answers are never sent to Meta or any advertising platform. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and check one or both text message consent boxes, you agree to receive the texts you selected from Maxed Out Man (Davis Legacy Consulting, LLC) about The Husband She Wants: appointment reminders and account messages, marketing and promotional messages, or both. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Stop text messages by replying STOP.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and program are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
