These terms govern your use of maxedoutman.com and husbandshewants.com, and the free tools, material, emails, and text messages offered by Davis Legacy Consulting, LLC, doing business as Maxed Out Man ("we," "us," "our"), including under the name The Husband She Wants. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Enrollment in the paid program is governed by a separate enrollment agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use this site, request our free material, or join our text message program. By using the site or opting in to texts, you confirm you are at least 18.

Coaching, not therapy

The Husband She Wants is marriage coaching and education for married men. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. If your marriage involves abuse, an affair in progress, a filed divorce, or a safety concern, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

No guaranteed results

Every marriage is different, and your results depend on what you do. We do not promise any particular outcome. Stories and examples on this site describe real experiences and are not a promise that yours will match.

The Wanted Gap

The Wanted Gap is a self-report tool. Your results reflect only the answers you give about the last 30 days. They are not a measurement of how your wife feels, a diagnosis, or a prediction about your marriage.

Free material

The toolkit, quiz, and other free resources are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission. All content on this site is owned by us or used with permission.

Text message program

Program: The Husband She Wants texts from Maxed Out Man (Davis Legacy Consulting, LLC): appointment reminders and account messages about calls you book with Kevin Davis, and, if you choose, marketing and promotional messages about the program.
How you join: by entering your mobile number on the form at husbandshewants.com and checking one or both text message consent boxes. Each box is optional and unchecked by default.
Eligibility: you must be 18 or older to opt in.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Help and opt-out: reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting someone else's information. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Links to other sites

The site and our emails link to tools and pages we run on other addresses, and occasionally to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content.

Limitation of liability

The site and free material are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free material, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid us for them, if any.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
